Up for bids is a Vintage New Orleans Birthplace of Jazz Art Music Tile Trivet Ceramic Wall Decor Awesome vintage New Orleans "Birth place of Jazz" souvenir wall hanging ceramic tile Beautiful brightly colored graphics featuring a Mardi Gras mask, A Trumpet, The word JAZZ, an old school French quarter lamp post with the Bourbon Street street sign and the Superdome stadium The tile also has accenting imagery of streamers and music notes Tile has a leather eyelet with metal grommet on the back to be placed over a nail for easy hanging Tile has a cork backing to prevent it from marking up your wall (or wherever you choose to hang it) If you wanted to you could probably permanently remove the eyelet from the back and use it as a coaster instead of a wall hanging If you wanted to take it a step further you could try and remove the cork backing and use it as an actual tile in a kitchen backsplash or shower just to give you a couple of ideas The last two photos are to show scale of size compared to a US quarter - the first showing size, the second showing thickness compared to a quarter MEASUREMENTS : Tile is 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" CONDITION : Tile is in excellent pre-owned condition - no chips, cracks or breaks - the sides of the tile look a little rough in the photos but they aren't - it's just unglazed ceramic like any other tile but the camera picks up imperfections you don't really see with the naked eye. - See Photos PLEASE NOTE: Any white spots, circles or streaks that may appear in photos are simply reflections from my light and not on the actual item - if you are unsure and need clarification please message me Pictures are of the actual item you will receive, i do not use stock photos Please look at all the photos as they are part of the description - i try my best to be as detailed as possible in regards to condition but please view the photos and judge for yourself Feel free to message me any questions you may have about an item or if you would like additional photos - please do so BEFORE bidding or buying an item.
